Rest & Renewal

Find balance through intentional rest

Rest and renewal programs focus on sustainable pacing, energy awareness, and building restorative routines into everyday life. All material is educational and for general learning purposes only.

Learn About Rest Programs

Rest is an active skill, not passive waiting

Many people view rest as simply stopping activity. Our programs reframe it as a deliberate educational practice — one that involves planning, boundaries, and consistent attention to daily routines.

Energy Mapping

Track daily energy fluctuations to identify patterns and plan activities accordingly.

Rest Routine Education

General guidance on evening routines and environmental factors that may support better rest habits.

Pacing Strategies

Techniques for balancing activity and rest to avoid cycles of overexertion and depletion.

What each rest and renewal module covers

Module 1: Routine Review

Participants complete a self-reflection exercise covering current routines, rest patterns, and activity levels. Responses inform personalised learning focus areas.

Module 2: Restorative Practices

Introduction to gentle movement, breathing exercises, and sensory-based relaxation exercises suitable for daily practice as part of general education.

Module 3: Boundary Setting

Frameworks for communicating limits at work and home, including scripts and role-play exercises.

Module 4: Sustainability Planning

Create a written plan for maintaining rest habits beyond the program, with monthly review checkpoints.
