Inside a typical workshop

A three-hour session at our Plimmer Steps studio follows this general structure. Timings may vary by format.

  • Opening check-in and session objectives (20 min)
  • Educational module on stress response patterns (45 min)
  • Guided practice exercises in pairs or small groups (40 min)
  • Break with refreshments (15 min)
  • Personal action plan development (40 min)
  • Closing reflection and resource distribution (20 min)

Sessions are facilitated by trained educators with backgrounds in adult learning, workplace wellbeing consulting, and group facilitation. Biographical details of lead facilitators are available upon request.
Foundation Sessions are designed for beginners. No previous knowledge of stress management techniques is required. Advanced programs may have prerequisites, which are listed in the program description.
Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy. Generally, cancellations made at least seven days before a scheduled session qualify for a full refund minus an administrative fee.
